Privacy policy

When you place an order: name, email, phone, delivery address, and the image you upload.

When you browse: standard server logs, first-party analytics about which pages you visit, and UTM/click tags from the link that brought you here.

If you arrived from an advertisement, we use advertising and conversion-measurement tools — including the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API — which may set cookies and share a one-way-hashed version of your email/phone and your purchase events with the ad platform so we can measure ad performance. We do not sell your data.

To produce and deliver your order, communicate about it, and answer support questions.

The image goes to our press and our courier. The contact details go to our order management system and to PayFast for payment processing only.

On Supabase (database) and PayFast (for payment processing only). We never see your card details.

Image files are stored securely in cloud storage. We retain order records for 5 years (legal requirement) and delete them on request after that.

South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to access the data we hold on you, correct anything wrong, request deletion, object to processing, and complain to the Information Regulator.

We don’t sell your data. We share order details with PayFast (payment), our print fulfilment team (production), and our courier (delivery).

For advertising measurement we share hashed identifiers (a one-way hash of your email/phone) and conversion events with Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Because this is a cross-border transfer, it is done under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). You can limit this through your browser and ad-platform settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the updated date below the title. Material changes are emailed to existing customers.
